Responsibilities:nnMaintaining constant vigilance and supervision of guests in the Hurricane Harbor waterparknRecognizing and managing aquatic emergencies by utilizing skills taught by Ellis & Associates ILTPnAssisting guests with questions concerning rides, directions, and policiesnMaintaining a Test Ready skill level at all timesnAdhering to all policies, practices, and procedures outlined in the Ellis & Associates ILTP programnAttending monthly scheduled in-service training sessionsnAssisting in other areas of the Aquatics Departmentn Enforcing all Six Flags policiesnPerforming all other incidental and related duties as required and assignednn n Skills and
Qualifications:nnAt least 15 years oldnMust be able to swim and be comfortable in water up to 5 feet deepnMust have the ability to read, speak, and comprehend the English languagenMust successfully complete the Ellis & Associates Shallow Water Lifeguard CoursennEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
