Responsibilities:
Greet clients with a friendly and welcoming demeanor, providing them with a positive first impression of Salon Bliss Gurnee.
Assist clients in scheduling appointments, ensuring efficient coordination of services and availability of stylists.
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries in a knowledgeable and professional manner.
Maintain and update client records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Provide information about salon services, products, and promotions to clients.
Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain an organized cash register.
Collaborate with the salon team to ensure a smooth flow of operations and exceptional customer experiences.
Handle client complaints or concerns, striving to resolve issues promptly and satisfactorily.
Keep the front desk area clean, tidy, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
Assist with general administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a customer service or receptionist role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Friendly and professional demeanor, with a genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in using salon management software or appointment scheduling systems is a plus.
Familiarity with hair care and beauty products is advantageous.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
