Responsibilities of an Automotive Service Advisor:
Schedule appointments Selling service labor and products Generating estimates Conducting post-repair follow-up Resolving customer complaints Superior customer service Requirements of an Automotive Service Advisor:
You must have Automotive Service Advisor experience at a retail car dealership.
CDK (ADP) experience a huge plus.
