This is an inside recruiting position, working in an office rather than a call center environment.
Some of the critical requirements for this role include:
Strong appointment setting and interviewing skills Extensive phone work, including making outbound calls and taking inbound calls 80% of leads are generated by college advertising, while the other 20% come from referrals Excellent communication and presentation skills Must have a professional appearance and strong ethical core A successful Admissions Advisor must be a self-starter who enjoys helping people
Qualifications:
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding team goals Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong organizational and time management abilities Previous experience in admissions, sales, or customer service preferred Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Job Type:
